Meet our grooviest vibe yet, Juju – inspired by and created in partnership with Julia Parzyck. When crafting the perfect vibe for Julia, her must-haves were to use the warm colors of a sunset and elements of 1970s interior design. We first connected with Julia over social media in 2019. We were so drawn to her bold and vivacious personality – one that captivated women’s hearts and left people feeling seen, heard and validated wherever they were in their self-love and body acceptance journey.
We interviewed Julia in honor of for the Juju Vibe Launch and want to share it with you. Sit down, relax and get to know the woman behind the vibe 🧡
What’s your favorite swimsuit style from the collection?
The string one baby!! I love the high cut fit, the ruffles in the top and the adjustability for all sizes! It’s just so dang flattering and cute!
Why do you feel like this vibe emulates your personality?
The pattern and colors are my favorite! I love the funky vibe and the bright colors. It totally resembles my quirky and wild personality. And, I love a good sexy string bikini and making it inclusive for all sizes is totally my vibe!
What makes you drawn to the 1970s aesthetic?
The style back then was just so funky and cool! I feel like people really started to break out of their shell and start wearing more adventurous clothing. I would’ve thrived in the 70s! The music, the colors, the styles, it was all just so groovy and fun!
What makes you want to encourage women to try Kitty and Vibe?
Listen, trying on swimsuits was the most triggering thing for me in the past, and Kitty and Vibe does such an amazing job creating a better experience for women. The playlist, the butt inseam sizing, the inclusivity of models and sizes – you can’t go wrong! It’s such an amazing company with the most badass CEO. Who doesn’t love to support that?! And the suits are cute as hell!
What’s your favorite song on the Juju playlist?
Ahhh that’s so hard but either Best Friend by Doja Cat because it makes me think of all my badass besties and how much I love them! Or, She’s a Bad Mama Jama by Carl Carlton because the lyrics and grooviness is on point! It just makes you want to dance!
What’s one thing you want the Kitty and Vibe community to learn about you?
That I’m a really down to earth and fun person! I love embracing my inner child and having fun. I truly love making people around me laugh and feel loved, it fills me up and I love seeing people happy.
